SandFest has a fantastic VIP area for groups looking to make a grand day of it. Offering faultless nightlines of the main stage and coastline coupled with private VIP toilets and hostess service, it really is the next level way to spend your day!
A deposit of £250 is required to secure the booking. deposit is non refundable.
The remainder must be paid by May 1st 2019.
Drinks can be ordered on the day through our hostesses. Menu can be emailed before event date.

TRAVEL
GENERAL TRAVEL INFO
Please plan you Journey well in advance.
Please be aware that Sandbanks can be very crowded with FULL Car Parks during the Summer Season. Driving to the peninsula can be slow especially due to the Chain Ferry. The weather is looking lovely and we envisage there will be minimal to none parking spaces in the area. One option is to make use of the Parking Spaces in and around Poole Bus Station. From there, on the hour, the Number 52 or 60 bus takes you straight to Sandbanks in about 30 mins!
We advise booking Taxi’s to and from the event today from local firms. We also advise booking after the event.
We will have a Taxi Service in place in the car park but it may not be enough for all our guests come closing time.
TRAIN
The best stations to come to are:
-Branksome (Closest)
-Parkstone (Closest)
-Poole
-Bournemouth
These stations are still some distance from the event so Taxi’s are advised.
TAXI
Any local firms from Poole or Bournemouth area such as United Taxies, Streamline, Dial-A-cab.
We would advise drop off at the Sandbanks Hotel and walking the rest of the route (Approx 10 minutes) as probable high traffic volumes with Holiday makers & queue for the Chain Ferry.
WALKING
Best walking access to the event is along Banks Road or by the beach from Bournemouth Pier onwards.

INFORMATION
AGE
This event is 18+ | ID will be required. We operate a CHALLENGE 25 ID policy at the bar so if you are lucky enough to look under that age then we recommend you bring ID so you can get refreshments without hassle.
FOOD
You will be unable to bring your own Food into the venue. Please refrain from bringing any as you will unfortunately have to discard it before you can enter. We have a large number of Food Stalls available with all tastes catered for.
DRINK
You will be unable to bring your own Drink into the venue. Please refrain from bringing any as you will unfortunately have to discard it into our bins or finish it before you can enter. We have a large number of Bars available with all tastes catered for.
PAYMENTS
Credit/Debit cards machine are available on all of our bars but due to the location and signal they may become temperamental. The closest cash point machine is located at the Tesco Express on Banks Road.
REFUNDS
Tickets are non refundable unless event is cancelled.

FAQ’S
LAST ENTRY
Our cut off for ticket holders to gain entry is 6pm. If anyone arrives after this they will not gain access. Re-entry is allowed until 6pm only.
EVENTS TIMING
The Event runs from 2pm – 10pm. Please arrive early in order to be in before the 6pm last entry.
SUN PROTECTION
Hot weather is predicted so make sure adequate protection is applied. Hats, Sunglasses and Sun lotion is advised.
DRESS CODE
We have a relaxed attitude to dress code but ladies should be aware that comfortable footwear should be worn as the main arena will be on the Sand as is the beach access.
FESTIVAL ENTRANCE
The entrance is located on the promenade in between Sandbanks Beach and Sandbanks Car Park Nr. Rick Steins Restaurant on Banks road. The event will be sign posted for your convenience.
CIGARETTES
We will not be selling cigarettes on the premises.
OTHER
Right of Admission Reserved. CCTV will be in operation throughout the event. The event drug policy states that all bags are to be searched for drugs and alcohol. Random persons will be searched on the from door and spot searching will be carried out during the event .
